What types of pet portraits do you offer?
We offer four unique products:

Themed Portraits – Choose from pre-designed styles (like royalty, astronaut, etc.).

Funny Portraits – Artist-created humorous scenes based on your pet’s expressions or actions.

Fully Custom Portraits – A collaborative process where we create your vision from scratch.

Artist’s Personal Collection – Pre-made animal artwork created by Chip, available for purchase as-is.
What is your process?
I normally start with a hand sketches, then I import it in Photoshop. I then add few generative fill layers(AI based) then I add few painting style layers, some texture layers, and I adjust everything on the drawing tablet. After that I import in Lightroom to equalize the colors and lighting. Final step is to upscale the image for printing quality.
Can I request changes to the artwork?
Yes. For all custom portraits, we send you a digital preview before finalizing. You can request small adjustments during this stage.
Can I include multiple pets in one portrait?
Yes, we offer multi-pet compositions. Just let us know during the order process (extra fee may apply depending on complexity).

How do I upload my pet’s photos?
After checkout, you'll receive a secure form where you can upload images and give customization details.
What kind of photos should I send?
Clear, high-resolution photos in good lighting work best. Face-front or side profiles are perfect. For Funny Portraits, videos showing specific actions are welcome too.

What formats are available?
You can choose between:

What’s included with a digital download?
You’ll receive a high-resolution JPG/PNG file ready for printing at any shop, using as a wallpaper, or turning into gifts.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using a network of print partners across the globe.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production takes 2–7 business days. Delivery time depends on your location:

USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia: 1–5 days (domestic)

Nearby International: 5–15 days

Distant International: 10–30 days
Will I get tracking info?
Yes, once your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking number.
Why does print material vary slightly by region?
To minimize shipping costs and times, we fulfill prints through local partners. Small differences in frame style, canvas texture, or metal finish may occur—but quality remains top-tier.
💸 Payments, Refunds & Revisions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Once we start your artwork, cancellations aren’t possible. However, if you're not satisfied with the digital preview, we'll work with you on revisions before printing.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue, and we’ll either replace it or refund your order depending on the case. Please make sure to check our Returns Policy !

Who creates the artwork?
Most portraits are painted by Chip, the founder and lead artist. During high-demand periods, Chip collaborates with a small team of trusted local and international artists—each trained to match the same creative style, quality, and attention to detail.
Where are you based?
I split my time between the USA and UK, but I serve pet lovers worldwide.
