1. Eligibility

2. Products and Services

We offer fully custom digital pet portraits, which can be delivered as digital files or printed on canvas, metal, and other materials. Each item is made to order based on the photos and preferences you provide.

Once an order is placed, the customer will receive a preview of the artwork before it is printed or shipped. No printing or shipping will begin until the customer has approved the final artwork.

3. Custom Artwork Process

As part of our workflow:

  • Customers upload pet images and provide style preferences.

  • Our artists begin creating the artwork based on your input.

  • A preview is sent to you for approval.

  • After your approval, the item is printed and shipped.

Please ensure that all information and images submitted are accurate, high quality and follow the instructions sent to you. Once the artwork is approved for production, the order becomes final.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for any product or service at any time.

Payment is required in full before any work begins. We accept all major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as available at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the production partner used. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping may be fulfilled by local or international print partners, depending on your location.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details. Because our products are made to order, refunds are limited to the conditions described in that policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and website content are the intellectual property of our business and may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Customers are granted personal-use rights to the artwork created for them but may not alter, sell, or redistribute the artwork without permission.

8. User Content

By uploading or submitting images for your order, you confirm that you own the rights to those images or have permission to use them. We are not liable for any copyright violations or misuse of content submitted by customers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
